We accept returns for refunds.
1-Please first contact us to apply for a return through the contact us page, or log in to your account and select the return service on your order page.
2-We will provide return and exchange services according to the actual situation of the customer, and we will respond to the customer's request within 24 hours.
3-Regarding refunds, we will process refunds for orders within 24 hours of receiving your return package. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
What you need to know about returns:
● All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.
● Must include a valid original purchase order number ID.
● Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
● Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping fee will not be refunded. Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
● If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number and delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. We are not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit and delivery.
● The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.
● Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
● Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Limited Liability
Lanhorse is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Lanhorse is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
